Residents
Graduate medical education prepares physicians for practice in a medical specialty. GME focuses on the development of clinical skills and professional competencies and on the acquisition of detailed factual knowledge in a medical specialty. The programs are based in hospitals or other health care institutions and, in most specialties, utilize both inpatient and ambulatory settings, reflecting the importance of care for adequate numbers of patients in the GME experience.

The programs were sound, the clinical variety was sufficient without coming at the expense of primary care training, the community is wonderful and I liked the people with whom I would be working.
