2008-2012 Florida Department of Health Bureau of Epidemiology, Centers for Disease Control Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) PRAMS data will assist Florida in finding out why some babies are born healthy and others are not. Includes both English and Hispanic population respondents
1999-2010 Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Behavioral Risk Research Surveillance Survey; Core, Cell and applicable federal and state modules A state-based system of health surveys that collects information on health risk behaviors, preventative health practices, and health care access primarily related to chronic disease and injury
2006-2010 Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Centers for Disease Control Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) The goal of PRAMS is to improve the health of mothers and babies in Missouri. PRAMS data will assist Missouri in finding out why some babies are born healthy and others are not.
2009-2010 Washington University Center for Tobacco Policy Research CTPR Survey of Adult Missouri Smokers Study to determine smoking publics' knowledge of certain smoking cessation resources based on media campaign.
2005-2010 Missouri Cancer Registry, Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, MO, National Cancer Institute Neighborhood Effects on Quality of Life in Breast Cancer Matched Cohort study researching neighborhood effects of QoL for women post cancer diagnosis
2007-2008 Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, funded by Missouri Foundation for Health Missouri County Level Study Largest special health survey conducted in Missouri history. 49,551 surveys were completed. Data collected on tobacco use and related chronic diseases
2007-2008 University of Missouri School of Health Professions Physical Activity Study Study to assess level of exercise and physical activity of residents in Columbia Missouri and Lawrence Kansas
2005-2006 Missouri Department of Health and Human Services MoPRA (Missouri Pregnancy Related Assessment and Monitoring System Survey) Pilot demonstration project to position MO for application to the CDC to operate the PRAMS.
2006 Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Consumer Satisfaction Aging Survey A state-based survey of consumer satisfaction of seniors served by the Department of Health and Senior Services using the Participant Experience Survey for Elderly and Disabled (PES E/D).
2006 Truman School of Public Affairs Missouri Department of Transportation, Highway Safety Campaign A survey designed to examine the attitudes, behavior, and recall of media campaigns on traffic safety issues.
2006 Port Authority of Kansas City and Greater Kansas City Community Foundation Gambling study A study intended to inform prevention and intervention efforts targeting Missouri youth
2006 Missouri Department of Health Workforce characteristics of Cancer Registrars A survey to better understand the characteristics of the cancer registry workforce, especially related to job satisfaction, intention to leave their job, and stress/burnout in Missouri.
2006 Missouri Department of Health Needs assessment for Anti-Stigma Campaign A needs assessment for the Department to learn more about stigma towards persons with mental illness in MO. The assessment will permit the Department to develop an anti-stigma campaign in the state.
