Breast Imaging Fellowship

The breast imaging fellowship is a one-year training program, which offers training in digital mammography, stereotactic biopsy, localization procedures, ultrasound and ultrasound biopsy, and breast MRI.  The fellowship is under the direction of Dr. Megha Garg.

Fellows participate in an equal amount of weekend and holiday call as do the general radiology faculty. When taking call, fellows function as attendings.

Applicants are expected to have demonstrated during their residency an aptitude and focus on breast imaging. Publications are not required, but are an asset to the application. All fellows must have obtained Missouri licensure. Applicants are typically third year residents, although fellows may also come from private practice.

Candidates for this program are selected based on their preparedness, ability, academic credentials, communication skills, and personal qualities such as motivation and integrity.

We are currently accepting applications for 2017-2018.
