Mission
The School of Medicine Staff Advisory Committee strives to create positive outcomes for the employees of the School of Medicine by opening lines of communications and serving as the voice for staff in order to promote overall engagement and workplace satisfaction, while fully supporting the School of Medicine's mission, vision and values.
Functions
The committee's functions are to:- Provide avenues for employees to voice concerns and make comments and suggestions to leadership regarding the organization and operation of the School of Medicine.
- Coordinate and assist with activities to promote engagement of staff in the School of Medicine and the community.
- Provide representatives for various committees and work groups throughout the School of Medicine.
