The goal of all of our educational programs is to provide highly motivated fellows with the best possible clinical and research training and to prepare them for long-term careers in academic medicine.

The Cosmopolitan International Diabetes Center is recognized nationally for excellence in patient care and multidisciplinary research programs. The center represents a strong alliance between the MU School of Medicine and the private sector.

We have maintained an active fellowship program since 1969, and our graduates can be found throughout the world in both clinical and academic practice.
