Continuing Medical Education and Physician Lifelong Learning
The mission of the Office of Continuing Medical Education and Physician Lifelong Learning (CME/PLL) is to educate physicians and other health care providers to provide effective patient-centered care for the people of Missouri and beyond.
Coulter Biomedical Accelerator
The University of Missouri Coulter Biomedical Accelerator (MU Coulter Accelerator Program) began in 2012 as a 5-year, $5 million partnership between MU and the Wallace H. Coulter Foundation. In 2016, MU committed $4 million to continue funding the program through 2022.

First Impact Program
First Impact is a 90-minute evidence-based traffic safety program that educates parents about Missouri’s GDL law. The goal of First Impact is to reduce new driver crashes, resulting injuries and fatalities, by increasing parental awareness and enforcement of Missouri’s Graduated Driver License law.

Graduate Medical Education
Graduate medical education is one of the central missions of the MU School of Medicine, and we offer training in virtually all fields of medicine. Graduate medical education (GME) focuses on the development of clinical skills and professional competencies and on the acquisition of detailed factual knowledge in a medical specialty.
