Profile
Dr. Chen has a wide range of methodologic interests in theoretical and applied statistics, including longitudinal data analysis, categorical data analysis, generalized linear mixed models, latent growth curve models, missing data issues, and machine learning techniques. He has applied these methods to the needs of individual studies and objectives on collaborated projects. He has collaborated with investigators on design, data management, and analysis of studies in medical and population-based research through utilizing varying data resources, including longitudinal survey data, administrative claim data, medical registry data, electronic health records, and clinical trial.
