“Receiving this award is a meaningful reminder that while I’ve been poured into by faculty and organizations throughout my time on campus, I’ve also had the opportunity to give back and make a positive impact on the MU community,” said Ernst. “I’ve been lucky to have faculty support throughout medical school, including Dr. Molly Greenwade, Dr. Albert Hsu, Dr. Stephanie Bagby-Stone and Jill Wiggins. They’ve all been instrumental in helping me accomplish so much as a graduate student.”

Mizzou 18 Award winners are chosen for their world-class research, collaboration with faculty and staff, and their demonstrated leadership with undergraduate students. The Class of 2025 honorees represent a variety of degree programs, activities and organizations from across campus.

Each recipient also chose a MU faculty or staff member to be recognized for the impact they have made in the lives of students.

Congratulations, Rebecka, and the entire Class of 2025 Mizzou 18 Award recipients!
