Members of the Mizzou Department of Orthopaedic Surgery Clinical Research Team was recently recognized for having one of the top research posters at The Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) annual meeting in Montreal this year.
Their poster entitled, “Using Artificial Intelligence to Improve Readability of Informed Consent Forms” showed the potential use of technology to address limitations of traditional consent procedures. The team consisted of Haley Huff, Bryce Fletcher, Vicki Jones, MEd, CCRP, James L. Cook, DVM, PhD, and Lisa A. Royse, PhD.
