Dr. Ennio Rizzo Esposito, Sr. Research Specialist, received a travel grant award for his work on the study titled “A Prospective, Randomized, Multicenter Controlled Trial of CERAMENT™|G as Part of Surgical Repair of Open Diaphyseal Tibial Fractures.”
The primary objective of the clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of CERAMENT™|G as a bone void filler/synthetic bone graft in conjunction with standard of care orthopaedic procedures for open diaphyseal tibial fractures.
Dr. Rizzo was recognized for his hard work and dedication coordinating all study activities, including ensuring successful enrollment. He will use the award to attend a professional conference or training.
