Luke Annin and Gillian Hark, MU undergraduate students working with the Thompson Laboratory for Regenerative Orthopaedics, were awarded with the MizzouForward Undergraduate Research Training Grant this year. Annin and Hark will each receive up to $5,000 per year as salary support for their work in research.
The purpose of these fellowships is to financially support undergraduate students who are serious about pursuing a graduate education in STEM, to enhance their opportunity to be admitted into the Graduate School of their choice.
In addition, Annin was also selected as a Cherng Summer Scholar for 2023. The program is one of the University of Missouri’s most prestigious and ambitious summer research and creative scholarship programs, which provides students with dedicated research time.
