Alex Rodriguez, a student researcher at the Thompson Laboratory for Regenerative Orthopaedics, was one of the undergraduates selected to present his work at MU Chancellor Alexander Cartwright’s special event Tuesday at the Bond Life Sciences Center.
At the event, Cartwright announced a plan to double MU’s research spending from $200 million to $400 million. Rodriguez gave a presentation of his research titled, “Correlation of Osteoarthritic Knee Cartilage Metabolic Responses to Load.”
