The Department of Pediatrics offers a unique three-year Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics fellowship that is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The program accepts one fellow each year, and pediatric residents with an interest in developmental behavioral are encouraged to apply.

The mission of the Division of Neonatology is to provide excellent clinical service and education and to pursue scholarly activity.

The Pediatrics Residency Simulation boot camp is for first year Pediatrics and Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residents at MU. The first boot camp was held on June 16, 2020 and will continue to be held annually.

Mizzou Pediatrics offers a specialized track in community pediatrics and advocacy for two selected PGY-2 and PGY-3 residents to participate in an educational collaborative with pediatric training programs within the state of Missouri.
