NurseGroups

  • Availability: Wednesdays, 12:30-1:30 pm
  • Description: A confidential, weekly virtual peer group for nurses to connect and process their experiences together. Nurses from around the country come together to share their victories and challenges, at work and beyond, with a goal of feeling lighter, more connected, and resilient. Nurse Group sessions are moderated by a rotating group of facilitators. Each session begins with a brief grounding exercise led by the facilitator and a check-in from each person who is willing to participate. Afterwards, the facilitator supports an open discussion based on what the group shares and is curious about.
