Gifts from alumni and friends of the MU School of Medicine help support students as they prepare to become physicians. Your generous support helps our current students receive white coats, stethoscopes, scholarships and more.
These gifts mean the world to me because it shows the wonderful support system from the alumni. I feel at home at Mizzou! Thank you for helping make my dream of becoming a doctor a reality!

Share Words of Wisdom
We invite alumni and faculty to help us welcome our incoming class by sponsoring white coats and stethoscopes, and sharing words of wisdom. Each white coat and stethoscope will be presented with a list of sponsors and advice. Previous students have been touched by the well wishes and support of alumni who participated and encouraged by the knowledge that their future colleagues are invested in their success.
If you would like to share words of wisdom with our students in the Class of 2024, or have questions about the White Coat & Stethoscope Program, please contact Helen Oetting or call 573-882-4872.
