MU/ADFM New Chairs Workshop
October 12-15, 2025

The workshop is aimed at a small group (approximately 8 to 10) of new chairs. A central feature of this program is a consultative model where new chair attendees prepare a case as prework describing their challenge/problem.
The MU team leading the workshop brings together national consultants and MU faculty, providing content, consultation, and support for the participants.
While not all problems are solved, participants leave the workshop with a path forward, a greater sense of community, and new relationships that they can call on in the future.
More information about the history and mission of the New Chairs Workshop can be found on our MU Family Medicine/ADFM New Chairs Workshop page.
